Remembing what happened, I did the same just now and it completed. The first time when I replayed 18 was to get gems and when I went back to 22 and the mission sorted itself out. It's what I experienced twice in a row when playing as warrior and hunter. It's speculation but your feedback may prove beneficial to other players in the future. Have any of you selected the tanks in the wrong sequence? As in, missed one and gone back for it? That may trigger the bug. It's happened twice now and I think I may know why. What corrected it, as I did run through stage 22 again with no change (as others have said), was going through stage 18.
